Mission Statement WELCOME TO MAYHEM TERRITORY Our Mission is to empower women through athleticism. The Mendocino County Roller Derby (MCRD) skaters will skate with heart and proficiency as an all female, flat-track roller derby league. Through the development of athletic skill, a strong team ethic, and training specific to the sport of roller derby, MCRD skaters will learn the skills they need to skate competitively at a regional and national level.
